Synnerg builds and runs websites, missed-call text-back, review requests and social posts for local businesses. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the mock-up request form, we receive your name, business name, city and state, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and current website. We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request: to prepare your mock-up, email you, and call you if you gave a number. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in our email. We keep them for as long as we're talking with you, and delete them within 12 months if you don't become a client.

Client data

If you become a client, how we handle your customers' information (such as phone numbers used for text-back and review requests) is set out in your service agreement. Your customer list stays yours.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@synnerg.com and we'll act on it within 30 days.
